New WILA Group is formed by
the Management Team and secures ownership of the WILA
product range, brands and intellectual property rights
from the Administrator of WILA Leuchten GmbH in an asset
acquisition. |

On 1st April 2005 WILA Lichttechnik GmbH
was established, with Andreas Henrich as Managing
Director. WILA Lichttechnik GmbH allows production to be
centralised in Iserlohn, Germany and joins WILA Lighting
Limited as part of the new WILA Group.
